Aerial Parks for Family Fun

Posted by aapsadmin on October 1, 2015

aerial_parks.jpgA hot trend is aerial parks. These adventure parks allow families to enjoy the thrills of the aerial obstacle courses, challenge each other to overcome fears and open communication lines. Families encourage each other as they move through series of aerial bridges , fun obstacles  and zip lines.  The Quick Trekker closed belay system  ( known as Vert Voltige in Europe) is the toughest most reliable belay system available. Adventurers slide onto the safety system using a safety hook that is stronger than most caribiners used in mountain climbing.  The safety hook has a small opening that slides over plates that hold cables in place. The opening is sized to not allow the cables to fit through keeping you continuously safe. The CBS transfer unit allows use of tarzan swings or quickJump devices.  The Quick Trekker Safety Hook is shaped so that it will not slide over the Transfer unit unless it is locked together.  Slide to the receiving end of the CBS Transfer unit and unlock. You have moved to the next obstacle without leaving the continuous belay.

No trees where you want to have a park. No problem. Innovations in multilevel aerial parks on metal trusses or using wood poles are coming. A large metal hexagon tower of aluminum trusses will soon support an aerial adventure park at a family entertainment center near Ashville, North Carolina. Aerial adventure parks can be placed over putt-putt golf, pools or parking lots. Family fun, family adventure, families being together while overcoming obstacles, improving communications and facing fears nothing could be better.
